This blog will detail the local effects of hydrology in the Klein Creek flood plain in Carol Stream. It is not to be a substitute for official sources of information, such as the National Weather Service – Chicago.

I expect to post details about any future significant flooding effects, weekly/monthly precipitation summaries, and other useful information regarding our area.

I am a resident of Carol Stream and live at the corner of Iowa Court and Hiawatha Drive, just south of Jay Stream school.
