Another winter storm to roll through Carol Stream

February 21, 2010

A strong low pressure system will affect the Chicagoland area, bringing approximately 1 to 1.25″ of precipitation to Carol Stream. With snow ratios expected to be in the 6:1 to 8:1 range, this setup will yield anywhere from 6 to 10 inches of snow by Tuesday morning.

A weaker system brought 0.3″ of snow to the area this morning. This will only add to the 7.6″ of snow that has fallen in Carol Stream so far in the month of Februrary.
